Details

Padre Island National Seashore encompassing 130,434 acres, is the longest remaining undeveloped stretch of barrier island in the world. About 380 species of birds habitat the area including at least nine species of threatened or endangered birds. Camping, sea turtle releases, fishing, star gazing, and other activities are available at this National park.
